Online Returns Policy

Please return part(s) freight prepaid to the following address only after being issued an rma number from us.

Please make your return within 30 days. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your invoice. and be sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipping company.

To Return Products
Please call Autowash Maintenance Customer Service at 1-800-395-2155 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Return items must be shipped prepaid. No returns will be accepted freight-collect. We recommend you ship the products to us in their original packaging, and insure the shipment for its full value. Autowash Maintenance Corp. cannot be responsible for loss or damage during return shipment to us or our vendors. Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of order and must be in as-new condition, complete with all manuals, parts and accessories as sold originally. Items ordered incorrectly are subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 25%. All return orders must include the RMA# on the package for proper processing. Returns without a valid RMA# will not be processed and will be returned to the shipper. Shortages, lost, or damaged goods must be reported within seven (7) days. The original package and packing materials must be held for claim evaluation by the shipping company.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
